You can delete your MoaVoca account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either inside the app or by requesting it here. 모아보카 계정과 관련 개인정보는 앱 내에서 또는 아래 방법으로 언제든 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
Deletion is processed immediately or within minutes in most cases.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
We verify your identity (that the request comes from the account's email) and complete deletion within 30 days. For accounts created with Apple "Hide My Email", send the request from your Apple relay address or include enough detail for us to locate the account.
Email, OAuth (Apple/Google) identifiers, display name, username, avatar selection, wordlists, learning progress, friend graph, shared (public) wordlists, push tokens, per-wordlist notification settings, and any pending content reports you submitted.
Payment- and tax-related transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable law (typically 5 years for VAT and income tax in Korea). Personal identifiers in those records are pseudonymized. After the legal retention period, they are destroyed.
